I think that it does because the doctors want you to know only the great part of life, not the boring Ugly you used to be.
How would you want to change mentally and physically if you were a pretty? (physically and mentally)
I wouldn't want to change, but if I had to I would change how smart I am to make me even smarter. I would also change the way my brain processes information.
